Orders can be placed by the bride herself, as well as anyone who is part of an IvyLu bride's wedding. Simply mention the bride's name and the wedding date in the Message field of the booking form, so we can link your order to her event.

Your Favorites and the booking form are simply a way to show us what you like, without committing you to a purchase. We'll go over your preferences during your first consultation, and you can take your time to decide all the way up to your wedding day.

Our accessories are for the entire wedding party - bride, bridesmaids, maid of honor, mother of the bride, guests, groom, and those closest to him. What is exclusive is how the collection is accessed. The doors to our collection open only through IvyLu brides, who in turn welcome everyone joining them on their most important day.

All of our accessories are crafted with real preserved flowers - natural blooms that have been carefully treated to retain their shape and softness for years to come. The result is an authentic, nature-inspired beauty that lends your bridal look an effortlessly natural elegance.

Each order is fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days, with every accessory handcrafted especially for you. For larger orders or during peak season, the timeframe may extend slightly. Of course, we'll let you know in advance, so there are no surprises.

We offer several options. We can ship them via courier - with Econt or Speedy, to an address or to a courier office of your choice. If you'd prefer to receive them in person, we can hand them to you during your trial session or even on your wedding day. We'll choose the most convenient option together, based on your preferences and the date and location of your wedding.

Of course! During your trial session, we'll go through your saved Favorites together, and you'll be able to try them on with your hairstyle. This way you'll see exactly how they complete your look, and you'll be able to decide which collection suits you best.

At the moment, direct online purchasing through our website isn't possible.

An accessory can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided it's in its original, undamaged condition. Please note that the wedding day marks the natural end of this window - once it has passed, returns are no longer accepted, as the accessory has fulfilled its purpose.
