What are the steps to book my wedding date with Ivylu?

1. Get in touch with us - Fill out the contact form on our website with your wedding details. We'll get in touch within the business day to confirm availability, answer your questions, and guide you through the next steps. 2. Book your trial beauty session - This step is optional, but highly recommended, since it will help you understand which bridal look will be the best fit for you and will allow us to plan everything for your wedding day. 3. Book your wedding date - Typically, you have the opportunity to book your wedding date after a trial beauty session. This is so, in order to ensure that you are happy with the results and you wish to entrust Ivylu for your wedding.

Is a down payment required to reserve my wedding date?

Yes, a down payment is required to secure your wedding date with IvyLu. Here's how it works: • The down payment is 30% of the total value of the services you've reserved for your wedding day. • At this time, down payments are made exclusively via bank transfer. • Once the down payment is received, we'll send you a confirmation with all the details about your reserved date. • The down payment will be deducted from the final price on your wedding day. The down payment secures your date with IvyLu - this means the time slots on your wedding day will be reserved for you. Because of this, in most cases the down payment is non-refundable.

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. While the down payment is non-refundable in most cases, there are certain circumstances where it may be refunded or transferred: • Wedding date change - If you need to change your wedding date, the down payment can be applied toward the new date. If the new date isn't available and we can't accommodate it, we'll refund the down payment in full. • Trial session - If after your trial session with IvyLu you're not satisfied with the result and decide not to continue with us, we'll refund your down payment in full. • Force majeure - If circumstances beyond your control prevent your wedding from taking place, we'll refund your down payment in full.
