What are the steps to book my wedding date with Ivylu?

1. Get in touch with us – Fill out the contact form on our website with your wedding details. We’ll get in touch within the business day to confirm availability, answer your questions, and guide you through the next steps. 2. Book your trial beauty session – This step is optional, but highly recommended, since it will help you understand which bridal look will be the best fit for you and will allow us to plan everything for your wedding day. 3. Book your wedding date – Typically, you have the opportunity to book your wedding date after a trial beauty session. This is so, in order to ensure that you are happy with the results and you wish to entrust Ivylu for your wedding.

Is a deposit required to reserve my wedding date?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your wedding date with Ivylu. The amount will be discussed during the booking process and is usually 30% of the total cost of the planned services. The deposit is non-refundable, but it will be deducted from the final payment.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your existing reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are possible, but the deposit made is non-refundable. That being said, if the cancellation is due to force majeure circumstances, we will make every effort to find a solution that is fair and mutually acceptable.
